PRODUCT DISPLAY

• While we have made every effort to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible, the actual colors may vary from the actual garments as displayed.

PAYMENT TERMS

• Invoices shall be payable at the time of service net 30 days. Finance charges of 2.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding {overdue} balance.
• No minimum order, except where specified.
• South Africa Tax applicable @14%.
• A R100.00 service charge shall apply for any returned check.
• Goods remain the Property of J.Gross & Co until fully paid for  

EMBROIDERY / SPECIAL ORDERS

• Please allow additional time for delivery on all embroidery and special orders.
• Embroidery / Trimmed items are non-returnable.
• Embroidery / Trimmed items cannot be shipped COD.
• Additional information regarding Embroidery can be found by clicking on the embroidery icon on top of this screen. Trim and International Flags are located here as well.
• A 50% Deposit is required for any embroidery or special order!  

BACK ORDERS

• Chef Works carries large inventories in stock, however, occasionally; a shortage will occur It is our policy to fill back orders as soon as the merchandise is available, unless otherwise specified at time of order.
• Please confirm whether you would accept backorders?

RETURN POLICY

• Chef Works will gladly accept returns of any product within 30 days of invoice date, which has not been worn, damaged, altered or laundered.
• Embroidered / Trimmed items are non-returnable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, which are not refundable.
• All returns are subject to a minimum of 20% Restocking Fee.
• There are no returns on close-out specials or discontinued merchandise.
• Returns will only be accepted with a copy of the original invoice/delivery note attached

Limitation of Liability
GROSS & CO MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO CUSTOMERS CONCERNING ITEMS PURCHASED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTIES REGARDING MERCHANDIZE OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE. THE TOTAL VALUE OF ANY LIABILITY OF GROSS & CO IN ANY CAUSE OF ACTION SHALL BE STRICTLY LIMITED TO THE AGGREGATE RAND AMOUNT PAID BY THE CUSTOMER TO GROSS & CO. FOR THE PURCHASE UNDER THIS INVOICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL GROSS & CO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSSES OR DAMAGES CONCERNING THE ITEMS PURCHASED.

JURISDICTION, LAW
Any legal action concerning a customer order or item shall be brought in the state courts located in the Republic of South Africa and shall be governed by the laws of the State, without regard to RSA conflicts of law rules.

 SHIPPING

·         Orders will ship within 3-14 working days. Depending on stock availability!!
·         Courier charges will be for your account unless otherwise stated
·         Other shipping options are available on request.
·         There will be an additional delivery charge depending on size of order.

·         All orders less than a R1000.00 should be collected at front counter except where otherwise negotiated.
